This varies by provider. Most commonly we do a virtual ‘handshake’ to establish a reseller/partner‑of‑record relationship on your accounts or subscriptions. Your workloads stay the same; only the billing owner changes.

No. Compute, storage, networking and identities remain as‑is. We only change billing and agreements.
